By accessing and using StitchPhoto, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

StitchPhoto provides a web-based tool for converting images into needlepoint and cross-stitch patterns. Our service includes:

• Image-to-pattern conversion
• Yarn color matching
• Downloadable PDF patterns
• Pattern storage and management

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you represent that:

• You own the rights to the image, or
• You have permission to use the image for pattern creation

Generated Patterns

Patterns generated through our service are yours to use according to your purchased license:

• Personal License: For personal use only. You may not sell finished pieces.
• Commercial License: You may sell finished stitched pieces created from the pattern.

Community Gallery

When you submit a project for public sharing and consent to subscriber downloads, you confirm that you have the rights needed to share the source image and pattern. You grant StitchPhoto permission to display the project and provide its pattern PDF to eligible subscribers while the project remains approved and publicly shared.

• Gallery downloads are licensed to the downloading member for personal use only.
• Members may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of another creator's gallery pattern.
• You may withdraw your project from public sharing, which ends future gallery access to it.
• StitchPhoto may reject or remove gallery content that violates these terms or our community standards.

Our Rights

StitchPhoto, our logo, and the service itself are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

You agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted images without permission
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our algorithms
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Violate any laws or regulations

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except:

• If there is a technical error preventing pattern generation
• If the pattern is significantly defective

StitchPhoto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Patterns will perfectly match uploaded images
• Yarn colors will be exact matches in real life
• The service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StitchPhoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• You may request a copy of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 30 days

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
